Lacollection.io is a digital asset collection platform that provides an innovative way of collecting digital artworks. It has empowered cultural institutions such as the British Museum, Gran Palais Immersif and MFA Boston, offering their users a seamless web3 experience.
As the lead product designer, I redesigned the platform with a mobile-first focus, building a design system from scratch. Additionally, I led several workshops and designed, shipped, and iterated on the MVP of a Web3 CRM solution.

Mobile First
I conducted a UX audit and redesigned the platform with a focus on mobile-first usage, improving crucial features such as the user accounts and wallets, the buying flow, and the browsing experience. I’ve built a design system from scratch to increase consistency and improve delivery’s quality and velocity.
Strategy and collaboration
I have led product discoveries, conducted user interviews, and performed user testing, all of which have contributed to the strategic development of the platform. Additionally, I have written detailed design and motion specifications to help product managers and developers better understand and build our features.
As a design leader, I have facilitated many design thinking and business design workshops involving stakeholders such as business owners, product and technical teams, and art specialists. The goals of these workshops were to foster alignment, remove silos, and increase awareness of the users’ main pain points.
Building a Web3 MVP
I designed, tested, and shipped the minimum viable product (MVP) of a business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) Web3 customer relationship management (CRM) solution – a mobile web app that enables users to collect non-fungible tokens (NFTs) by scanning a QR code. This allows businesses to monitor previously untracked activities, such as physical book readers’ engagement.
